Payment Options:

We are here to help. If you have a question about ordering or a problem concerning an order you’ve placed, please feel free to call weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST.

Shipping:

Within the Continental USA

We ship all our nautical decorations via UPS or the US Postal Service.  Your order may be shipped to your home or business address. If you wish your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, please enter this address in the “SHIP TO” portion of the order form.

Outside the Continental USA with US Zip Code and Canada

Orders ship Priority Mail via the US Postal Service for zip coded addresses. Canadian orders ship via USPS insured air. An additional $10.00 service charge is added to Canadian orders.

Foreign Country Orders

Payment for your purchase and nautical home decor, must be made with a credit card. Order is shipped via insured AIRMAIL only.  Air mail charges will be billed to your credit card as per actual charges plus insurance.  These charges are in addition to our regular shiping and handling charges.  Customer is responsible for all duty charges and import taxes.

Delivery:

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours for in-stock merchandise.  Occasionally a delay occurs.  Should this be the case we will email you a notification of delay.  Personalized items, custom jewelry and merchandise shipped from manufacture or supplier take slightly longer.

Personalized Products:

Please indicate your message or initials clearly. Personalized products are not returnable unless defective.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of nautical home furnishings or any product and nautical gift, please ship it back to us within 30 days. There is no need to call us for an authorization, simply include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and address and tell us if you would like the item/items exchanged and if you would like a credit or refund. Please insure any package which you are returning. Upon receipt of the merchandise we will take care of the exchange or issue the proper refund or credit immediately.  Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable. Personalized items (unless our mistake), used items, and opened videos, DVDs, and CDs are not returnable (unless defective).

Your complete satisfaction is our guarantee.  Should you ever feel you’re not getting the best possible merchandise or service from us, please contact us and we’ll do whatever is necessary to correct the situation.  You deserve the best and we at Wind in the Rigging strive to give it to you.
